The Estate Collective began with a simple realization born from founder Tricia Jacobson's own experience managing her estate and additional properties: Caring for a beautiful home is a privilege, but managing every detail can become a responsibility all its own.
From maintaining the grounds and coordinating trusted contractors to overseeing improvements, scheduling seasonal services, and managing the countless details that come with property ownership, Tricia understood firsthand just how much time and attention an estate requires.
She began to imagine how valuable it would be to have one trusted relationship—someone who understood the property, anticipated its needs, coordinated dependable professionals, and ensured the details were thoughtfully managed.

With a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Finance and more than two decades of experience in finance, business leadership, and real estate, Tricia Jacobson brings a unique combination of professional expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and faith-driven purpose to The Estate Collective.
The inspiration for The Estate Collective grew from Tricia's personal experience managing her own estate and recognizing the value of having a dependable partner to help coordinate the many responsibilities of property ownership. Combined with her extensive business background, that experience inspired a company designed to simplify estate management while creating meaningful opportunities for skilled trade professionals.
